Corrections come first

If a number is wrong, say which page and which figure. It gets checked against the EIA source the same day, and if the source wins, the page changes.

Questions about the method

The method page describes every calculation and every known weakness, including the two-vintage problem in the bill column. If something there is unclear, that is a documentation bug and worth reporting.
